Make candy clay vegetables. Prepare one recipe candy clay with white Candy
Melts candy following recipe directions. Divide into thirds. Reserve one portion
white for onions. Use green and red candy colors from garden and primary candy
color sets, to tint remaining portions for green and red peppers.
Shape clay for peppers into balls, 3/4 in. to 7/8 in. dia. Use hands to shape into
assorted triangular slices, about 1 1/4 in. wide x 2 in. long. Make one or two in each
color for each kabob. Place on parchment paper; let dry at least 1 hour. Melt 3 oz.
white candy according to package directions. Divide in half; use red and green
candy colors to tint. Use brush to paint top side of pepper slices to look like skin.
Place on parchment paper-covered board; chill until firm, 3 to 5 minutes.
For onions, shape white candy clay into balls, 5/8 in. dia. Shape balls into curved
slices, about 3/4 in. wide x 2 1/4 in. long. Make one or two for each kabob. Place
