Blue Color Mist Food Color Spray, 1.5 oz.

Decorator Preferred 9inch Angled Spatula
Aluminum Round Cake Pan, 6 x 3-Inch
Decorator Preferred 13 inch Angled Spatula

Bake cake. Prepare cake batter following recipe instructions. Bake and cool two cake layers. Level, fill and stack layers for 6 in. high cake.
Ice sides of cake smooth.
Make clouds. Slowly rip paper towel in half lengthwise, creating various dips and bumps. Hold paper towel up to iced cake. Starting at top of cake and working towards bottom, hold Blue Color Mist about 6 to 8 in. away from cake and spray along edge of paper towel.
Repeat, rotating cake as you go. Try not to overlap or over spray.
Decorate cake. Spatula ice top of cake. Insert lollipops into top of cake.
Using mini multi-colored candies, create bottom border around cake.
