In large skillet, cook pecans over medium heat 3-4 minutes or until lightly toasted, stirring occasionally. Add butter; stir until melted. Add salt and chipotle pepper. Stir in sugar, water and Warm Cinnamon Graham Flavor; cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute or until pecans are evenly coated. Immediately remove from heat and pour onto prepared pan in one layer. Let cool completely.
