Ice bottom with candy. Melt black Candy Melts candy according to package directions. Use spatula and melted black candy to ice bottoms of doughnuts. Use toothpick as needed to clear center hole. Place doughnuts, candy side up, on parchment-covered board. Chill until firm, 10 to 15 minutes.
Cover doughnuts with candy. Place doughnuts, candy side down, on cooling grid over parchment-covered board. Remelt remaining black Candy Melts candy as needed. Use melted black candy in cut decorating bag to cover doughnuts. Tap to smooth and remove excess candy. Use toothpick as needed to clear center hole. Chill until firm, about 10 to 15 minutes.
Decorate doughnuts. Use melted black candy in cut decorating bag to attach candy eyeballs to doughnuts. Chill until firm, about 3 to 5 minutes.
For legs, use scissors to cut licorice to 2 1/2 in. long. Dip end in melted black candy and attach to chilled doughnut. Hold in place about 2 to 3 minutes until set.
