Make cupcakes. Prepare batter following recipe directions. Bake and cool cupcakes in egg baking cups.
Prepare cupcakes. Use small side of tip 2A and press into top of cupcake to remove center. Do not go all the way to the bottom. Use knife to remove excess cake and set aside. Fill center of cupcake with sprinkles and reposition cake center. Press gently to seal.
Decorate cupcakes. Prepare decorating bags with tips 6B, 1M, 21 and 2A and fill with icing. Pipe rosettes, stars and swirls on tops of cupcakes. Add more sprinkles on top.
