Strawberries and blueberries and raspberries ... oh, my! Just as easy to prepare as they are pretty, these luscious desserts combine the heavenly sweetness of angel food cake, the tasty tang of berries and the creamy richness of Wilton Whipped Icing into one amazing treat. Serve these little sweet treats at your next summer soiree.
Make whipped icing. Prepare vanilla whipped icing mix following Berry Trifle Recipe directions.
Assemble trifles. Place a layer of cake cubes on the bottom of serving glasses. Layer sliced strawberries and blueberries on top of cake cubes. Use tip 12, cut disposable decorating bag and whipped icing to pipe icing layer. Top with another layer of cake cubes. Layer with sliced strawberries and blueberries. Pipe another layer of icing and fill to top of glass. Top with raspberries.
