Soft, buttery and chewy, these blondies get an extra dose of sweetness from the chopped Wilton Limited Edition Candy Melts® candy blended in to the batter. Soon to be a holiday favorite, these bar cookies will be the hit of the Christmas bake sale.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare 13 in. x 9 in. baking pan with vegetable pan spray and line with parchment paper, allowing paper to hang over sides.
In medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt; set aside.
In medium bowl, whisk together granulated sugar, brown sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla and almond extract until combined. Add flour mixture and Sugar Cookie Candy Melts candy; stir until combined. Spread mixture into prepared pan.
Bake 33-35 minutes or until lightly browned at edges and center is set. Cool completely in pan on cooling grid. Using parchment paper as handles, lift blondies out of pan and cut into 28 squares.
In small bowl, whisk together confectioners? sugar, milk and corn syrup. Drizzle with glaze and sprinkle with sparkling sugar, if desired.
