Dip pretzel rods. Melt candy cane Colorburst Candy Melts candy according to package directions. Dip 3/4 of each pretzel rod in melted candy. Tap to smooth and remove excess candy. Chill on parchment-covered cake board until firm, 10 to 15 minutes.
Decorate pretzel rods. Melt red Candy Melts candy according to package directions. Use red candy in a cut parchment bag to pipe angled stripes over firm candy. Immediately sprinkle melted red candy with red sugar. Chill until firm, 3 to 5 minutes.
