Wash and dry strawberries.
Melt Candy Melts according to package directions.
Holding strawberries by stem, dip into melted candy and gently tap to remove any excess.
Sprinkle with or dip into desired sugar.
Place on parchment or waxed paper covered cookie sheets; refrigerate until set, about 10 minutes.
May be made several hours in advance.
It's easy to accent dipped candy with fun toppings. Immediately after dipping, roll the candy in your favorite topping and refrigerate. Chopped nuts, Wilton Sprinkles and Nonpareils, shredded coconut or cocoa powder are delicious choices.
