In medium bowl, combine flour and salt. In large bowl, beat butter and sugar with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add egg, 6 drops Crisp Champagne Flavor and Creamy Vanilla Custard Flavor; mix well. Gradually add flour mixture; mix well. Shape dough into 1-inch balls, about 1 tablespoon per ball. Roll each ball in pearlized sugar. Place on prepared pan and make indentation in dough with finger.
