Bake donuts. Prepare donut batter following recipe instructions. Bake and cool.
Tint glaze. Prepare vanilla glaze following recipe instructions. Using Pink icing color, tint glaze pale pink. Dip top of donuts into glaze; transfer to cooling grid. Let dry.
Tint buttercream. Prepare buttercream icing following recipe instructions. Divide into three equal portions. Tint one portion each light, medium and dark purple using color combinations provided. Combine Rose and Violet icing colors to get light, medium and dark purple colors shown.
Decorate donuts. Prepare decorating bags separately with tips 225, 18 and 199. Fill 225 bag with light magenta icing, tip 18 bag with medium purple icing and tip 199 bag with dark purple icing.
