Heat remaining icing in can following label directions; add color, pour over cake. Let set.

Cover hat and edge bottom with tip 16 stars; add tip 16 pull-out star pom-pom.

Step 5

Pipe tip 3 dot eyes and string mouth.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I do not know why this star is wearing a pineapple on his head, but he looks quite happy about it. Perhaps he's just been to a Jimmy Buffet concert. I used a different color for the hat, one that matched my party's theme.
