This came out amazing but is very time consumingI completed the project. I realized after I had iced and placed the cake on the board that I had the cake upside down. It still came out great. The cookies were such a pain and even with freezing them it was hard not to mess them up. I finally gave up and used fondant/gum paste instead for the triangles. I found it better to pipe the piping gel onto the press set.
