Make fondant features. For each stork, tint a 1 in. ball leaf green/lemon yellow combination (for green), a 3/4 in. ball golden yellow/lemon yellow combination (for yellow), a 3/4 in. ball violet/rose combination (for violet), a 3/4 in. ball orange and a 1/2 in. ball black.
For each beak, use 9 in. fondant roller with purple guide rings to roll out yellow 1/8 in. thick. Use smallest leaf Cut-Out to cut beak. Use knife to trim off 1/4 in. from wide end. Set aside on cornstarch-dusted board.
For each hat, roll a green fondant ball, 5/8 in. dia. Flatten and shape into an elongated oval, 1/2 in. wide x 1 1/2in. long, for brim. For top, roll a log, 3/4 in. dia. x 1/2 in. high. Attach to brim with reserved melted green candy. For hat band, use 9 in. fondant roller with pink guide rings to roll out violet fondant 1/16 in. thick. Cut a strip, 1/8 in. wide x 3 1/4 in. long. Wrap around hat, trim ends at back and use damp brush to secure. Set aside.
For foot, roll an orange ball, 3/4 in. dia. Flatten one side and shape into a wedge, 3/4 in. wide in toe area, 3/8 in. wide at rounded point and 1 1/4 in. long. Use knife to cut slits, 1/2 in. deep, for toes. Round edges of toes with fingers. Use lollipop stick to poke a hole through foot; remove stick. Set aside.
