Prepare dough and tint portions green and orange. Use bar disk to press 3 in. long green monster heads; use pumpkin disk to press orange pumpkins. Bake and cool cookies.
Step 2
Attach eyeballs with icing dots. Pipe tip 2 wavy outline mouths. Outline and fill in hair with tip 2; pat smooth with fingertip dipped in cornstarch. Pipe tip 2 stem.
