Make bow. Use tip 2 and full-strength green icing to pipe and fill in bow. Pat smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch. Create creases in bow with toothpick. Use tip 2 and full-strength green icing to pipe dot bow center; pat smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch. Let set until dry.
