Spot Your Eggs Mini Cakes
Delightful dots in pretty pastels create excellent Easter basket treats! Nonpareils and jumbo confetti provide all the eye popping color you could ask for.
Bake and cool mini cakes in dotted cavities of pan.
Tint portion of royal icing blue.
Place cakes on cooling grid over parchment paper. Cover cakes with thinned blue icing. Let set.
Pipe in striped areas of cakes with tip 4 and white icing. Smooth with spatula. Brush stripes with piping gel. Immediately sprinkle with nonpareils.
Attach jumbo confetti with tip 4 dots of icing.
