- Bake brownies. Prepare brownie batter following recipe instructions. Bake and cool.
- Ice brownies. Using spatula, ice brownies smooth with chocolate icing. Chill for 30 minutes, or until set.

Decorate brownies. Cut brownies into 2½ x 3½ in. rectangles.
Prepare decorating bag with tip 3 and vanilla icing. Pipe dots on each brownie.
