Step 1

Bake and cool 1-layer cake. Tint fondant: 36 oz. rose, 6 oz. green, 4 oz. light rose. Roll out 1/8 in. thick unless otherwise specified. Prepare and cover cake with rose fondant.

Step 2

Use white fondant and pattern to cut full scalloped circle. Attach to cake top using damp brush. Use cutters from set to cut green letters and large rose heart; attach. Roll out light rose 1/16 in. thick. Cut large dots using wide end of tip 12; cut small dots using narrow end of tip 12. Attach to cake sides and heart.

Step 3

Soften remaining green fondant by adding 1 1/2 teaspoons shortening. Use Decorative Press with 3-hole insert to pipe long ropes for scalloped circle trims. Cut and shape ?to be? and 3/8 in. long stitching lines; attach. Use press with round insert to make rope sections, totalling 38 in.; attach for bottom border.
