Prepare roll out cookie dough. Cut with pumpkin and facial features from set. Bake and cool.
Use tip 21 and orange buttercream icing to pipe vertical lines on pumpkin beginning on center and working out toward edges. Use tip 21 and green buttercream icing to pipe zigzag stem on pumpkin.
Use tip 3 and yellow icing to outline and pipe in facial features (smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch). Position facial features on cookie.
