Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare 13 in. x 9 in. pan with vegetable pan spray.
Prepare lasagna noodles according to package directions.
In large skillet, cook Italian sausage over medium-high heat until brown and crumbly. Stir in tomato sauce.
Thaw spinach in microwave according to package directions and use a clean dishtowel to squeeze all moisture from spinach.
In medium bowl, combine ricotta, spinach, Parmesan cheese, eggs, salt and pepper.
To assemble lasagna, spread ½ cup of meat sauce over bottom of prepared dish; layer 5 strips lasagna noodles over sauce. Spread on 1 cup cheese mixture and 1 cup sauce. Repeat layering process two more times, ending with noodles. Top lasagna with remaining sauce; sprinkle with mozzarella. Cover with foil.
Bake 30 minutes or until heated through. Remove foil and cook an additional 10 minutes. Let stand 10-15 minutes before cutting.
