Spinach and Ricotta Scones

Ingredients

  • 3-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 6 tablespoons cold butter, cut into 1/2 in. pieces
  • 1 package (15 ounces) whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups chopped fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs, divided
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • Coarse sea salt
