Bake rolls in pan cavities; let cool. Trim carrot sticks to 1/4 x 1 1/2 in. long; use peeler to round edges. Cut cucumber slice for hat brim; cut whole carrot piece for hat top. For 6 legs, remove pimiento from green olives and cut hole in side; insert 2 carrot sticks for leg sections. Cut a hole in top of roll; using tip 2A, fill with finely chopped ham or chicken salad. Cut holes in side of roll; insert legs. Cut a black olive half for mouth. Pipe tip 4 dot eyes in cream cheese. Using narrow end of tip 9, cut black olive pupils. Position pupils and hat; attach mouth with cream cheese.
