Speedy Bunny Easter Cake

Use the Wilton Non-Stick Egg Cake Pan to make the bunny body, ice it fluffy, then decorate the ears and add candy trims.
Make cake. Prepare batter following recipe directions. Bake and cool cake.
Prepare buttercream icing following recipe directions. Tint rose. Reserve some white.
Use toothpick to lightly mark areas for ears on cake top. Use spatula and rose icing to ice cake fluffy around ears. Use spatula and white icing to ice cake smooth inside ears.
Decorate cake. Use tip 2A, cut disposable decorating bag and rose icing to pipe outline ears.
Position jumbo confetti for eyes and jellybean for nose.
Characters or designs are often outlined first, then piped in with stars or zigzags. Outlines can also be used for facial features.
