Snowflake Cookie Wreath

This beautiful wreath would make a stunning gift or centerpiece decoration for a festive table. If you don't want to make the snowflakes into a wreath, why not package them individually or use them as tree decorations?

Ingredients

  • Grandma's Gingerbread Cookies

  • Royal Icing

  • Tools

  • Standard Round Tip 2

  • Cookie sheet

  • Round Cake Decorating Tip 3

  • Cake Decorating Tools, 5-Piece Brush Set

  • Decorating Bags, 16-Inch Disposable Piping Bags, 12-Count

  • Snowflake cookie cutter set

  • Silver Sugar Pearl Sprinkles, 4.8 oz.

Instructions

  1. Prepare cookies according to recipe instructions. Let cool.
  2. Make the Royal Icing according to recipe instructions.
  3. Prepare piping bags with tips 2 & 3 and fill with Royal Icing.
  4. Decorate as desired. Leave to set.
  5. Form into a wreath and attach together using royal icing. Leave to set until fully dry.
