Skatin' St. Nick Cake is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 3.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Making the cake itself was easy . The St. Nick was a tad time consuming but it turned out wonderfully. I ended up using a popsicle stick instead of a lollipop stick to give it more support. I also used mini marshmellows around the bottom edge. It ended up having a nice look to it. This will be something I make again. :)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This is my 1st cake that I have made using fondant since the Wilton's gum paste class that I recently completed in the fall. I was looking for something that would be somewhat easy and add skills. The most difficult part for me was icing the petal cake and adding the fondant so that the definitions of the petals were clear. Overall the cake design was relative easy once the initial icing stages were completed. Also the design did not require a lot of tools. I am looking forward to doing it again and see if I can improve with the icing phase of the cake. I would like to recommend Wilton add a video or instructions for icing/covering cakes make with design pans.
