Make cookies. Prepare cookie dough and roll out following recipe directions. Use monkey cutter from set to cut shape. Bake and cool cookies.
Decorate cookies. Prepare Color Flow icing following recipe directions. Tint portions brown, light brown, rose and black.
Use tip 2 and full-strength brown icing to outline cookie. Use tip 3 and thinned brown icing to flow in. Immediately use thinned rose icing in a cut parchment bag to flow in inner ear. Let dry 24 hours.
Use tip 3 and full-strength light brown icing to outline muzzle. Use thinned light brown icing in a cut parchment bag to flow in muzzle. Let set 24 hours.
Use tip 1 and full-strength black icing to pipe mouth and dot eyes and nostrils. Let set 2 to 3 hours.

The cookies are cute... but a lot of work. I started making them 3 days before I needed them because each phase of icing takes 24 hours to dry. Outlining the ears and muzzle where the hardest part. Overall... everyone thought they were cute... but I wouldn't attempt these cookies again!! Only did them for my son's first birthday party.
