- Melt candy. Melt red Candy Melts candy following package directions. Add Candy Melts EZ Thin Dipping Aid.
- Cover cookies in candy. Place cookies on cooling grid over parchment paper. Pour melted candy over cookies; tap grid lightly to smooth candy and let excess candy drip. Chill until firm, about 10 minutes.
- Decorate cookies. Combine red jimmies and red nonpareils sprinkles in small bowl. Use Piping Gel and decorating brush to cover sides of cookies. Immediately roll cookies in sprinkles. Set aside. Melt white candy melts candy and place in parchment triangle bag. Cut small opening and pipe names and numbers. Chill 5 minutes to set.
