Shining Snowman Bite-Size Cakes

Step 1
Make cakes. Prepare batter following recipe directions. Bake and cool cakes in silicone mold supported by cookie sheet. Insert sticks, leaving 5 in. extended at bottom.
Step 2
Ice cake bottoms with candy. Melt white Candy Melts candy according to package directions. Use spatula and melted white candy to ice bottom of cakes. Place candy side up on waxed paper-covered board. Chill until firm 5 to 10 minutes.
Step 3
Cover cakes with candy. Place cakes candy side down on cooling grid over parchment paper-covered cake board. Use melted white Candy Melts candy and cut disposable bag to cover bulb area of cakes. Tap to settle. Chill until firm 10 to 15 minutes. Reserve remaining Candy Melts candy.
Melt blue Candy Melts candy according to package directions. Use melted blue candy and cut disposable bag to cover socket area of cakes for sweater and 1/2 in. area at top of cakes for hat. Tap to settle. Chill until firm 10 to 15 minutes.
Step 4
Decorate cakes. Use orange and black from candy color sets to tint small portions of melted white candy orange and black. Use melted white candy and cut disposable bag to pipe swirl pompom and hat brim. Use melted blue candy and cut disposable bag to pipe lines on sweater. Use melted black candy and cut disposable bag to pipe dot eyes and mouth. Use melted orange candy and cut disposable bag to pipe outline nose. Chill until firm 3 to 5 minutes.
