The star tip creates the most celebrated, easily accomplished decorations! The pull-out star technique can be used for fun, furry creatures, or for textured hair for your cakes.

Zigzag puffs are perfect for filling in large areas. You can also use this technique to achieve clouds or smoke.

The star tip creates the most celebrated, easily accomplished decorations! The serrated edges of the star tip make ridges in the icing as you squeeze it out. Because fill in requires so much piping from the same bag, keep replenishing icing in bag.

She's Weaving Home Cake is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 10.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this cake in honor of my late Aunt Cindy. She made them for us at my Grandmother's annual Hayride Halloween party. This was one of my favorite memories of those parties and now that shes gone at only 46 someone will have to carry on the tradition. I can't wait to make them for the next party and surprise everyone:)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this cake for a daycare's halloween party. I ended up only using half of the sports ball pan, as I wasn't sure from instructions if both pieces were supposed to be used. Also the "hair" on the spider was difficult to achieve, but turned out great! The spider was the favourite part (wished I HAD used both pieces!). More detailed instruction is needed for icing techniques. I think it would make a world of difference!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I loved how cute this cake turned out! It was for a girl's birthday that had a Halloween theme and she wanted it pink! It was cute and got lots of compliments. I used a cupcake for the head and used a star tip and made the "hair" shorter than in the instructions. I also supported the body with some dowels and foil-covered cardboard.
