I made these adorable cupcakes for my grandaughter's 2nd birthday and she was thrilled! They went together so fast because of the sugar Elmo's purchased from Wilton.com and then a quick and tidy loop-de-loop around each one and VOILA! I also purchased the Elmo cupcake papers to complete the theme. It was so easy and quick!
