Made with ground beef and pork, breadcrumbs, onion, diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce and a mix of other spices, this savory meatloaf is comfort food at its best. It’s sure to be a hit with the entire family!

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare 9 in. x 5 in. loaf pan with vegetable pan spray.

Step 2

In small bowl, stir together breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Step 3

In large bowl, combine beef, breadcrumb mixture, onion, tomatoes and egg. Mix until just combined; avoid overmixing or loaf will be heavy. Transfer meat mixture to prepared pan; press down firmly, filling pan.

Step 4

In small bowl, stir together ketchup, mustard, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce. Spread over top of meatloaf.

Step 5

Bake 65-70 minutes or until thermometer inserted in center of loaf reads 160°F. Remove pan to cooling grid. Cool meatloaf in pan 5-8 minutes. Transfer meatloaf to serving platter.

yellow mustard

1 tablespoon yellow mustard
