Sausage and Pesto Breakfast Pizza Recipe

Every sweet brunch needs a little something savory! Topped with tasty pesto, sausage, cheese and eggs, this Breakfast Pizza combines all the best things of your favorite breakfast flavors. This pizza is great for a late brunch or to serve alongside a salad for lunch. If you have kids attending your festivities, this pizza is sure to please!

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400°F. Prepare 6 in. Easy Layers Square Pan Set with vegetable pan spray.

Step 2

Unroll pizza crust and cut into 4 even portions. Press into pans, pinching any seams shut with fingers. Spread pesto over crusts and top with sausage and 1/2 cup of cheese. Crack 1 egg in the center of each pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake 12 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining ½ cup cheese and bake 3-4 minutes or until egg white is completely opaque and egg yolk is cooked to desired doneness.
