Ice cookies. Prepare Color Flow icing. Tint portion red. Reserve some white. Use tip 3 and full-strength red icing to outline Santa?s hat. Use tip 3 and white icing to outline pompom and hatband. Use thinned red and white icing in cut disposable decorating bags to flow in icing. Let dry 24 hours.
Decorate cookies. Use brush to brush piping gel on pompom and hat band. Sprinkle with nonpareils.
