Santa cookie adds an extra sweet touch to this single-serve treat.
Green base cookie is a full 5 in. across. You cover it with Color Flow
icing which dries hard and smooth to hold the additional layers.
In advance: Prepare and roll out dough. For
each treat, cut one round using largest circle
cutter from set and one Santa (flip to position
hat pointing to left). Bake and cool. Outline
circle with tip 3. Flow in with thinned icing.
Let dry overnight.
Decorate Santa cookie with full-strength
icing. Ice face smooth. Using tip 2, outline
and pipe in fur, hat and beard (pat smooth
with fingertip dipped in cornstarch). Pipe tip
3 elongated bead moustache, ball nose and
pompom. Pipe tip 1 oval eyes. Let set.
2 oz. fondant dark green; roll out 1/8 in. thick.
Cut background with largest blossom cutter.
Attach to circle cookie with damp brush.
Attach Santa cookie to background with
