Preheat oven to 375ºF.
In large bowl, beat butter, sugar and egg white until thoroughly combined. Add vinegar and vanilla; mix well.
In small bowl, whisk together flour and salt; add to butter mixture and mix well. Add potato chips; mix well. Place dough in Cookie Press and press cookies onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 9-11 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool 5 minutes on sheet. Remove from sheet; cool completely on grid.
Note: Potato chips may be very finely crushed in food processor.
