Take a walk on the wild side with this Safari Striped Valentine's Day Cheesecake. A fun treat for your Valentine, this tasty cheesecake recipe features decorations made with Sugar Sheets, so everything on this dessert is edible. Big enough to feed about 10 people, this is a great dessert to make for the whole family, or just to share with your closest friends!
Prepare crust. Use scissors and removable
9 in. x 2.75 in. heart springform pan bottom
as a guide to cut a cake board to fit inside pan.
Cut parchment paper to match cake board.
Assemble pan. Place cake board inside and
cover with parchment paper heart. Use pastry
brush to butter sides of pans.
On parchment paper, use rolling pin to
crush chocolate wafer cookies into fine
crumbs. Combine 2 cups cookie crumbs with
6 tablespoons melted butter. Press into
bottom of pan. Chill until needed.
Make 9 in. x 2.75 in. heart cheesecake.
Prepare three no-bake cheesecake mixes
following package directions. Pour batter
into pan. Use spatula to smooth top.
Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours or overnight.
DAY OF CELEBRATION
Decorate cheesecake. Remove
cheesecake from pan and cake board. Use
spatula to smooth sides as needed. Position
on serving plate. Chill until needed.

and heart cheesecake pan as a guide to trace
pan bottom on shiny side of zebra Sugar
Sheets! edible decorating paper. Position on
sheet to fit as much of pan as possible from
top curves of heart. On a scrap piece, trace
missing section from point of heart. Use
scissors to cut out sections.
Use black FoodWriter and largest (4 1/4 in.)
cutter from 6-pc. hearts nesting plastic cutter
set to trace two hearts on shiny of red edible
decorating paper. Use scissors to cut out
hearts. Use piping gel to attach shiny sides
of hearts together. Place heart on parchment
paper-covered board. Brush with piping gel;
immediately sprinkle on red colored sugar.
Position zebra heart on top of cheesecake.
Use piping gel to attach red heart in center.
