Bake brownie. Prepare brownie batter following recipe instructions. Bake and cool in reindeer head pan.
Make candy antlers. Melt bright white candy according to package instructions. Fill each antler cavity with 2 ¼ oz. melted candy. Tap to settle. Chill until set, about 10 to 15 minutes. Unmold.
Melt red candy according to package instructions; thin with EZ Thin. Using a cut disposable decorating bag with melted red candy, pipe candy in a back and forth motion over white candy, forming stripes. Chill until set, about 5 to 10 minutes.
Tint buttercream. Tint 1/2 cup icing brown following color combinations provided. Also tint 1/4 cup icing black. Reserve remaining icing white.
*Combine Brown and Red-Red icing colors to get brown color shown.
Decorate brownie. Prepare decorating bag with tip 7 and brown icing. Pipe around edges of ears. Using spatula and brown icing, ice top of reindeer smooth, leaving inner ear bare.
Prepare decorating bag with coupler and black icing. Using tip 8, outline nose and pipe eyes. Fill in nose and ice smooth with spatula. Change to tip 3; pipe curved line over nose.
Prepare decorating bag with tip 3 and white icing. Pipe highlights on nose and eyes.
