Rosy Hearts Mini Cakes
What a sweet way to kick off a bridal shower! These adorable bite-sized cakes are crafted using the Mini-Heart Dessert Shell pan and your own loving hands.
Each treat serves 1.
Make mini-cakes. Prepare cake batter following recipe directions. Bake and cool cakes in Mini-Hearts pan.
Decorate mini-cakes. Use rose icing color to tint icing pink. Use tip 8 to pipe two beads in the cake cavity to form a heart shape.
The bead shape makes impressive borders outlines and accents on letters and designs; also a cute trim on clothing and gingerbread houses. The basis for making piped hearts
and figure piping.
