Decorate cake. Using the tip of the tapered spatula, scoop a small amount of white icing onto the side of the cake, forming the center of the rose flower. Swipe small amounts of white icing in a circular pattern around the center to form the rose petals.
For the daisies, move the tip of the spatula towards the center of the flower to create a tapered petal.
Using the tapered spatula with the dark and light green icing, add leaves, flower centers and other decorations, as desired.
