Rated 5 out of 5 by Susanj418 from Easy to assemble Love this product! The cake can be made as simple or elaborate as you want. It takes some patience, but I love the results every time! This Frozen themed cake was a hit at my niece's birthday party. I used buttercream only on this cake which saves time. Fondant is harder to work with. I have made one that looks exactly like the one on the box, took hours! It doesn't travel well, so when I am taking it somewhere, I will decorate the pillars and cones, but wait until I am at the location before finishing assembly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by JK1017 from Statement Cake that can easily be themed I've made this cake several times and have had great success and reviews from my granddaughters, nieces and everyone else attending the parties. Pictures posted on Facebook gathered more oohs and awes. I've themed it as a princess cake, a "Frozen" cake and even a Hogwarts cake from Harry Potter. It's not a cake you can take assembled but must take it like all tiered cakes in sections and assemble on site. I'm going to make it again in a few weeks and this time it's going to have three or four tiers. Can't wait!

Rated 1 out of 5 by lovinggrandkids from I was looking forward to making my 4 year old grand-daughter a castle cake for her birthday. Th cakes I bakes were delicious and everyone really liked the buttercream icing recipe provided in the instructions. Unfortunately, the castle cake set is designed very poorly and not worth its high price. The turrets were top heavy and would not stay in place. This made the cake unstable.
