Preheat oven to 400°F. In large bowl, beat butter until light. Beat in egg and extracts; mixture will be lumpy. Add contents of bag and mix on low until dough comes together. Do not chill dough. On a floured surface, roll into circle approximately 12 in. in diameter and 1/8 in. thick. Dip cookie cutter in flour before each use. Bake cookies on ungreased cookie sheet 6-7 minutes or until cookies are lightly browned.
