Make brownies. Prepare brownie batter following recipe directions. Bake and cool one brownie for each treat in round pops silicone mold supported by cookie sheet.
Cut and cover brownie reindeer heads. Use knife to cut brownie pops in half from top to bottom, then cut 1/4 in. off bottom to make 1 1/4 in. high. Melt peanut butter Candy Melts candy according to package directions. Use spatula to ice back side smooth with melted candy. Chill until firm, 5 to 10 minutes. Place rounded tops, candy side down, on cooling grid over parchment paper- lined cookie sheet. Cover with melted candy.
Chill until firm, 10 to 15 minutes.
Decorate reindeer details. Melt white Candy Melts candy according to package directions.
Use garden and primary candy color sets to tint portions green/yellow combination (for green), black and red. Reserve some white. Place reindeer heads on parchment paper-covered cake board. Use melted black candy in cut parchment bag to pipe eyes and nose. Pipe black antlers touching head and extending 1 1/4 in. above top. Chill until firm, 3 to 5 minutes. Reserve remaining candy.
DAY OF CELEBRATION
Make doughnuts. Prepare doughnuts following recipe directions. Bake and cool one doughnut for each treat in 6-cavity doughnut pan.
Cover doughnuts. Place doughnuts on cooling grid over parchment paper-lined cookie sheet. Cover with melted green candy. Tap to settle. Chill until firm, 10 to 15 minutes.
Decorate doughnuts. Use melted white candy in cut parchment bag to pipe dot and outline snowflakes. Chill until firm, 3 to 5 minutes. Use melted red candy in cut parchment bag to pipe outline bow, 1 in. wide. Position reindeer in center of doughnut, securing with melted candy. Let set, 3 to 5 minutes.
