Preheat oven to 325°F. Prepare cookie pan with parchment paper.
In large bowl, stir together cake mix, cocoa, eggs and butter until just combined. Roll heaping tablespoons of dough into balls and coat in confectioners? sugar. Freeze 15 minutes. Roll again in confectioners? sugar. Space 2 in. apart on prepared cookie pan.
Bake 16-18 minutes or until centers of cookies are semi-firm to the touch. Cool cookies on pan on cooling grid 2 minutes. Remove from pan; cool completely on grid.
