1. - Preheat the oven to 325°F. Prepare cookie pan or baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. - In a large bowl, stir together the cake mix and cocoa powder. Add the eggs and butter and stir together until it's just combined.
3. - Take a heaping tablespoon full of the batter and roll it into a ball of dough, coat it in powdered sugar and place it on a large plate. Repeat the process until there's no dough left.
4. - Place the plate filled with dough balls in the freezer and chill for 15 minutes.
5. - Remove from the freezer and roll in powdered sugar again before placing each ball of dough 2-in. apart on the prepared baking sheet or cookie pan.
6. - Bake cookies for 16 to 18 minutes or until the centers of the cookies are semi-firm to the touch.
7. - Remove from the oven and cool cookies while still on the pan on a cooling grid or wire rack for 2 minutes.
8. - Remove cookies from the pan, placing them on a cooling grid or wire rack to cool completely to room temperature, then enjoy!
