In advance: Make candy plaque. Melt
35 oz. black candy and pour into Topping Off
Success pan. Tap to settle; refrigerate until firm.
Unmold onto soft cloth. Cut cake board to fit
plaque; wrap with foil. Attach plaque to
board with melted candy. Use melted yellow
candy and tip 2 to pipe tassel and fringe; chill
until firm, then brush with gold Pearl Dust. Using remaining black candy, melt and
pipe button at center of cap; chill until firm.
