Tint 8 oz. fondant each rose, yellow, blue and green. Roll out 1/8 in. thick as needed. Cut two strips, 3 in. x 7 in., in each color; reserve excess fondant.
Imprint strips with texture press. Cut strips to 1 in. x 3 in. (13 of each color needed). Attach to cake sides with tip 3 dots of icing, alternating colors as you go; trim as needed. Roll out reserved fondant. Cut five small circles in each color; attach to cake top, trimming at edges as needed.
