Raspberry Sherbet Cookie Platter

Step 1
Melt Candy Melts candy. Melt raspberry sherbet, white and light cocoa Candy Melts candy, separately, according to package directions.
Step 2
Decorate partially dipped cookies. Dip cookies halfway in melted raspberry sherbet or light cocoa candy. Sprinkle with desired accents. Chill until firm 10 to 15 minutes.
Or, use melted white or light cocoa candy and cut parchment bag to drizzle design onto cookie. Chill until firm 3 to 5 minutes.
Step 3
Decorate fully dipped cookies. Use candy dipping set to dip cookie completely in melted white, raspberry sherbet or light cocoa candy. Remove and tap off excess. Place on parchment paper-lined cookie sheet. Chill until firm, 10 to 15 minutes.
For raspberry-dipped cookie, marbleize equal amounts of melted white and light cocoa candy. Use seashells mold, marblized candy and cut parchment bag to mold candy. Chill until firm 10 to 15 minutes. Unmold according to package directions. Use melted raspberry sherbet candy and cut parchment bag to attach shell to cookie. Chill until firm, 3 to 5 minutes.
