Freeze about 60 minutes or until frozen 1/4 in. around edges, about 60 minutes. Using a fork, scrape the granita to break up any frozen spots. Continue freezing, scraping granita every 30 minutes until fully frozen, about 2 hours total. Scoop flaked granita into serving dish and serve immediately.
