Step 1

In large bowl, melt Raspberry Sherbert Candy Melts Candy according to package directions.

Step 2

In large bowl, beat cream cheese with electric mixer until soft and creamy. Add melted Candy Melts and beat an additional 2-3 minutes or until well combined. Refrigerate 15-20 minutes or until mousse has thickened.

Step 3

To assemble, spoon mousse into decorating bag with a star tip. On plate, place two ladyfingers side by side; pipe a layer of mousse. Top with two ladyfingers, rotated 90° from first layer; pipe layer of mousse. Add final layer of ladyfingers, rotated 90° from previous layer, and pipe mousse. Top with raspberries. Serve immediately.
