Punchy Pine Pan Cookies
The fun swirls of snow give this traditional tree cookie a twist! Make it with ease using the 12-Cavity Gingerbread and Candy Cookie Pan and royal icing.
Each cookie serves 1.
Make cookies. Prepare dough and press into pan cavities filling 2/3 full. Bake and cool following recipe directions.
Prepare royal icing. Tint portions green and brown; reserve some white.
Outline cookie. Use tip 3 and full-strength green icing to outline branches; let dry until set.
Use tip 3 and full-strength brown icing to outline trunk; let dry until set.
Fill in cookie. Use thinned green icing in cut decorating bag to pipe in branches; let dry until set.
Use thinned brown icing in cut decorating bag to pipe in trunk; let dry until set.
Make trims. Use tip 3 and full-strength white icing to pipe swirl snow.
